Service Cancellations:

Biz Blaster Classifieds reserves the right to cancel any ad publication at our discretion. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued unless explicitly excluded in these terms.

 

 

 

Prohibited Content:

Ads promoting direct alcohol sales, illegal drugs and paraphenalia, sexual content an/or services, or tobacco products are strictly prohibited. 

 

 

 

Refund Policy:

Customers have 24 hours from the time of of approving their ad design to cancel their order for a full refund. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored, as ad designs will have already been added to the flyer layout. Refund requests must be submitted within this 24-hour window in order for Biz Blaster Classifieds to be able to adequately account for available ad space for other customers. This is non-negotiable.

 

 

 

What is the ROI Estimator Tool and how accurate is it?

 

Biz Blaster Classifieds' ROI Estimator Tool is designed to give you a general idea of what kind of return on investment (ROI) you might expect when using our direct mail marketing services.

 

This tool uses a combination of national averages and statistical data from across the U.S. to estimate potential results based on the specific variables you input.

 

How does the ROI Estimator calculate results?

 

The tool factors in key industry-standard metrics, including:

 

- Average response rates for direct mail campaigns (based on national data)

 

- Conversion rates typical for businesses in your selected category

 

- YOUR BUSINESS' estimated average sale profitthat you provide to the tool

 

- Number of mailers included in your currently launched campaign of choice. (See "Current Campaigns Map" page for "Number of Mailers").

 

- Estimated repeat customer percentage

 

 

All values are calculated using current U.S. statistics and trends in the direct mail marketing industry to give you a reasoned estimate of potential performance.

 

Important Disclaimer: Results Will Vary

 

While the ROI Estimator provides a helpful benchmark based on realistic and relevant data, it is not a guarantee of results. Every business is unique, and many variables — such as market conditions, timing, offer strength, campaign design, competition, and customer behavior — can affect your actual return.

 

Actual results may be higher or lower than what is displayed. This tool is intended to offer insight into what typical results might look like across similar campaigns nationwide — not a promise or prediction of performance.

Ad Sizing and Printing Discrepancy:

 

Ads will be printed true to size, within a 3mm per each border printing discrepancy. This is just a safety cushion. Slight variations in print quality due to technical or environmental factors are unavoidable.

 

 

 

File Formatting and Color Variations:

 

If an ad is submitted in an incorrect format, we will attempt to convert the design. However, this may result in minor variations in color or dimensions. For best results, submit ads in JPEG or PNG formats. We will reach out to you if we need your assistance with formatting your ad. Refunds will not be issued due to discrepancies resulting from file conversions, color variations, or resizing.

 

 

 

Customer Communication and Campaign Deadlines:

Customers must provide ad designs and specifications before the campaign deadline. Ads without proper follow-up or specifications will be canceled at the deadline which is provided on the CURRENT CAMPAIGNS MAP page of our website which is viewable here:

Refunds will not be issued in this case, as this practice ensures accurate overhead cost estimation and ad space availability for other customers.

 

 

 

Payment Discrepancies:

Customers will be notified of any payment issues or discrepancies. Biz Blaster Classifieds is happy to discuss and make applicable adjustments to ensure accuracy.

 

 

 

Shipping Delays:

In the event of a shipping delay, customers will be notified of updated expected delivery times. Refunds will not be issued for delays, as these situations are completely outside of Biz Blaster Classifieds’ control and we are still obligated to pay for services rendered.

 

 

 

Postal Regulation or Delivery Changes:

If USPS or other carriers change delivery timelines or regulations, Biz Blaster Classifieds will notify customers as promptly as possible. New expected delivery dates from the postal service will be provided as soon as they are announced to us. Refunds will not be issued for these delays.

 

 

 

Technical Issues:

If there is a technical issue during ad submission or processing, customers are encouraged to contact Biz Blaster Classifieds support IMMEDIATELY via phone or text at

Pricing Miscommunication:

If there is an error in pricing, customers should contact support at the above-mentioned contact methods. Adjustments to payments will be made if a valid reason (and proof if applicable) is provided.

 

 

 

Ad Campaign Effectiveness:

Biz Blaster Classifieds does not guarantee that ads or services will result in any specific amout of sales, profits, or outcomes for your business. Results WILL vary. Customers may design their own ads as long as they adhere to the sizing requirements and content nature policies of the purchased ad space. Free platforms like Canva  and PosterMyWall can be used for this purpose. Biz Blaster Classifieds maintains paid accounts for both lf these platforms and will be happy to assist you with your design and navigating those platforms at any time.

 

 

Binding Agreement:

By using Biz Blaster Classifieds’ services and/or making a purchase through any platform (e.g., website, text, email, phone, or third-party systems like Square or PayPal), customers agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement serves as a legally binding contract and will be treated as such. We reserve the right to refuse service for any person or business at our own discretion.
