Service Cancellations:


Biz Blaster Classifieds reserves the right to cancel any ad publication at our discretion. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued unless explicitly excluded in these terms.

 

 

 

Prohibited Content:


Ads promoting direct alcohol, illegal drugs, or tobacco products are strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

Refund Policy:


Customers have 24 hours from the time of submitting payment to cancel their order for a full refund. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored, as ad designs will have already been added to the flyer layout. Refund requests must be submitted within this 24-hour window.

 

 

 

Ad Design Approval:


Customers will receive a preview of their ad design before it moves forward to print. Biz Blaster Classifieds is not responsible for any errors or mistakes approved by the customer, and refunds will not be issued after this approval.

 

 

 

Ad Sizing and Printing Discrepancy:


Ads will be printed true to size, within a 3mm printing discrepancy. Slight variations in print quality due to technical or environmental factors are unavoidable.

 

 

 

File Formatting and Color Variations:


If an ad is submitted in an incorrect format, we will attempt to convert the design. However, this may result in minor variations in color or dimensions. For best results, submit ads in JPEG or PNG formats. Refunds will not be issued due to discrepancies resulting from file conversions or resizing.

 

 

 

Customer Communication and Campaign Deadlines:


Customers must provide ad designs and specifications before the campaign deadline. Ads without proper follow-up or specifications will be canceled at the deadline. Refunds will not be issued in this case, as this practice ensures accurate overhead cost estimation and ad space availability for other customers.

 

 

 

Payment Discrepancies:


Customers will be notified of any payment issues or discrepancies. Biz Blaster Classifieds is happy to discuss and make applicable adjustments to ensure accuracy.

 

 

 

Shipping Delays:


In the event of a shipping delay, customers will be notified of updated expected delivery times. Refunds will not be issued for delays, as these are outside of Biz Blaster Classifieds’ control and we are still obligated to pay for services rendered.

 

 

 

Postal Regulation or Delivery Changes:


If USPS or other carriers change delivery timelines or regulations, Biz Blaster Classifieds will notify customers promptly. New expected delivery dates will be provided as soon as they are announced. Refunds will not be issued for these delays.

Pricing Miscommunication:


If there is an error in pricing, customers should contact support at the above-mentioned contact details. Adjustments will be made if a valid reason is provided.

 

 

 

Ad Campaign Effectiveness:


Biz Blaster Classifieds does not guarantee that ads or services will result in any specific sales or outcomes. Results will vary. Customers may design their own ads as long as they adhere to the sizing requirements of the purchased ad space. Free platforms like Canva can be used for this purpose.

 

 

 

Binding Agreement:


By using Biz Blaster Classifieds’ services and/or making a purchase through any platform (e.g., website, text, email, phone, or third-party systems like Square or PayPal), customers agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement serves as a legally binding contract.
